HELP ME ....Please

ok I have liked...loved this one guy for bout a year and i know i'm probley gonna end up with him. And were best friends to make it worse and lately he's been droppin hints should i tell him how i feel .Cause i know he feels the same way i'm just afraid to tell him .To make matters worse my best friend 1st tells me dude u need to tell him and this and that .Then today she goes dude he's not what u need . When last week she was sayin how much i did need him . GOSH i'm so confused and torn . Help me please .
