When helping each other hurts more...

What do you do when you care so much about someone but you always end up hurting each other?
You try to be honest with them but that always ends up making them sad or hurt...Its like a circle because you do something that will hurt them and so they do something that makes you sad and....Sorry this doesnt make much sense...
Please can anyone help me out a bit?

Whos this talking about then? Perhaps you are also dwelling on sometimes when the other person is sad and maybe it isnt you at all making them sad.. Do they make you sad? perhaps you should tell them..

Remember the good times and talk to the actual person..

ok...um....both of us have/ do cut...ok but this isnt one of the cutting posts...ok..um...here's an example..I was feeling so bad the other day and for the first time in months i cut myself...and she found made me tell her that i had, and that made her sad so now i found out that she has again although she had stopped for while...which makes me feel sad because i dont want to see her hurt...

im useless at explainin...lol thanks for ur help :P

Well, Perhaps they werent sad that you had cut, they were sad you felt so bad but did they say it was your fault they cut? Perhaps they were just sad you felt so terrible, they might just care a lot, I'm sure they arent sad AT you or anything.. They are probably really proud of you for not cutting for so long..

A good friend NEVER EVER wants to see another good friend in pain, or in saddness.. So of course its gonna hurt when one of you is in a bad situation...
