Feline Fatigue

I've been plagued with nightmares for the past few years, with no recallable happy dreams!! and they affect me very strongly...i wake up in a cold sweat, shaking, rapid heartbeat, rabid breathing, fear, chills, etc. and before you suggest counciling, already take it. Seriously, i'm mentally and physically ok, but these dreams are so realistic and they seriously effect me. Anybody got anything to say? |

I would have to say that the answer in your dreams lies in you. Whatever it is that your scared of is calling your name and either you answer or keep runnin. Dreams are subconscience so either you've got somethin on your mind. or atleast that's been my experience if you can see if you can finish your dream maybe the answer to the problem is at the end after you wake up there's my 2 cents..peace |

thing of it is, a lot of them are twisted and random at best. I will never forget some of the things i hear in my sleep... |

turned out I was bipolar and suffering from PTSD so that's why I had nightmares. They put me on some meds and I went through a lot of therapy. Now I just don't dream... a very nice feeling consitering what I had gone through before. |
