There is such things as rape tests? How can they tell if you've been raped and not just had sex?

Rape usally includes struggle and they have machines and stuff to see if you were abuised or struggled..

Hi, thank you for sharing your story with us here at P&Q. First of all let me apologize for your abuse by your brother. He has no right to do that to you. Ok, you say you have recently told someone about the abuse, that's great. Ask yourself do you trust this person? Perhaps if you do, you can talk to them for a bit before considering professional help. What about other people you trust, parents, doctor,police,relative trusted friend, teacher, someone? That would let you start developing your confidence before going to a counciler and telling them everything at once. Your brother also needs help. He has to know that his behaviour towards you is unacceptable and is hurting you. Have you tried talking to your brother? Telling him that you don't like it, it seems weird saying that but a lot of rape cases that happen with other family members has stopped as a result. Also, try to avoid being alone with your brother, hang out with friends and family more and stay back from him. Remember, there can be strong everlasting effects of being raped or abused...if you don't get it stopped, fast. Do not take your own life, it isn't worth it, if you do then he has won. And then he could hurt someone else. Suicide ain't the answer. I myself go to a phyciatrist to get help solve my problems, at first I didn't want to go, but now I do and I can trust her with anything. I have a trusted big cousin that also goes with me as well for emotional support. It WILL help, trust me, it's hard at first, but then again so is school. You get used to it. Go to www.freetobeme.com and go to "talk back", tell them about your abuse and they will give you free impartial advice on what to do. It takes up to a week before you get a reply from them, but the advice is good. You can make up a name and location and age if you want when you e-mail them, I did. I may not be of any help but it is the best I can give from experience. Good luck, you'll make it.

ok so your 15...now....your not going to get anywhere with not telling anyone, sorry to addmit it but your going to have to tell a parental....

when i was younger...i didnt get raped i got molested though...and i felt the same way....what will they thing of me....but then i realized...i couldnt do anything about it....they shouldnt feel diffrent about me they should feel diffrent about him....

call the police tell them whats happening...they will make him pay...not you...

okay well....ive been raped and the best thing to do is get away from it all....go to a relatives house or a friends house for a while just to get away and clear your head....then you need to get therapy bc rape is an ongoing battle....and your brother needs help.....he really does...if it is hurting you this much you need to put an end to it all....hope this helped luv yas mwah

wow i am really sorry to hear that this has happend to you i never been raped but almost was. this must be very hard for you to talk about but you should try to get help. it really helps and you should no be in a house with him and have you evere thought that if he dose it to you maybe he has done it to some one else. your bro need help and you should have better then that. do what ever you have to to get out of that and maybe save soem one else.
