i need help please...

okay... so i like this guy but he has a girlfriend. I'm totally cool with that... or so i tell myself... anyway. we're friends and then one day he told me he liked me but was still in love w/ his gf. i told him to go for his gf. but nearly died saying that. now i'm torn and confused cause he says he still likes me and i don't know what to do. please help!!!!

hey well your in luck the same thing happend to me i know how you fee and i bet you feel like it be better if you dint talk to him at all well thats how it was for me anyways it turnd out later they broke up and guess what he aske me out a month later. but you should really get to know him befoer you do anthing now me and that guy dont go out an i lost my bestfriend and not only that i seen him pushing away. be sure if it really what you want and if it is then wait a lil i mean the guy i was with was with his ex before me for 6 month and then they borke up. if you still want to talk email me at jmlbunny88.comcast.net or on the poems site. im out

If he has a girlfriend, and he keeps saying he likes you, how do you know he wouldn't say the same thing behind your back if you were with him?

I agree. If he goes down to the level, of staying with his girlfriend, even if he likes you, how can you trust your the only one, or that he means it.

hmm... thanks guys. i'm just so confused. Cause he loves his gf and i totally respect that but i think it could get carried away if we continue talking to each other. i mean... we didn't talk for like 3 months (before this) and it was really good for him and his gf. I just don't know what to do about it. He doesn't really seem like the type of guy the last three posts are talking aboout but i'll be careful anyway. thanks.

How would you feel if your bf was telling another girl that he likes her? That would suck for you. Im pretty sure he loves his gf and likes you 2. If he tells you again well then you need to tell him to quit it because he can't have both of you. Its either you or her, not both. If he likes you well then tell him to keep it too himself and focus on his gf because loving someone is more than liking them.

I agree with the above post. But if he likes you, just remember that eventually maybe he will do the same thing to you that he is doing to his current girlfriend. And you can't say that he doesn't seem like "that kind of guy". He's doing it now, isn't he?
