mufti day ..help me

ok 2morro i have a mufti day at school incase u dont kno mufti days where u dont have to wear uniform but neway i kno this is stupid but i cant help it i feel so crap on mufti days last time we had one i couldnt go outside without wanting to cry it was so horrible im just wondering if neones got some advise on how i can get through the day atleast without crying...
