What happens behind the 'complaint' button?

Okay...I had to use the 'complaint' button for the first time ever today, and I was just wondering what happens? I noticed the comment is gone, but does the person who write the comment get a warning or anything? Just wondering...

Depending on what was said in the comment, i think that they would get penalty points (if it was in any way offensive).

If we click "Leave" the comments stands. If we click "delete", the comment goes, if we click "delete + Penalty", the comment goes, the poet gets 2 penalty points, and they get an email with the comment and a note from Janis.

Ohhh, okay. Thanks, just what I wanted to know. :-).
