you really cant tell
if u ask something that would uncover the turth they could spend 10 minutes thinking of what to say and just tell you they were on the phone or sumthing

so really ..... there no way to tell

I honestly don't think there is a way. People you meet online are probably who they say they are but they might not be. There's so many ways to decieve people when you're online.
You could meet up with this person as long as you do it in a safe way.

there's two faces of a coin.... he could just be wondering but there are chances of him being interested.... talk a little on the love topic with him and maybe things could work out...
