so my bf has a hard time ..

My bf has a hard time telling how he feels , due to a certain thing that happend a while ago .(with him and his dad )
It bugs be alot when I do something for him or say something that comes from my heart and all he can say is "Ok " or all these stupid one word answers . It doesn't make me feel good at all .

Is there anyway I can try to get him to open up and share what he feels at least sometimes ?

Take him to a corner and ask him whats wrong. If he starts crying, cry with him. If he talks about what's bothering him, try and relate the things he said to your life. Then tell him how it's ok and how you dealt with a situation just like that.
