Chantilly, before making your argument, one i fully understand, you should have versed yourself better in the rules and guidelines of P&Q. Not only does it say to save your work on your computer before submitting it, but it also says that P&Q reserves the right to change, redistribute, or delete the works you have submitted without further consent. Therefore, you cannot do anything. I would get pissed if I lost anything I wrote too, which I have in the past, but so what. You can write new stuff. And, technically, they have not broken their agreement at all. No where did I read that they have to end you your poems back. So inevitably, you are angry at the agreement you made. If there is anybody to be mad at it is the simple fact that you did not save your work any where else. I normally have three copies of my work saved at all times-- a hand written, computer file, and P&Q. A good lesseon learned for the furture though |

Well i don't know. I think she should get her poems back. And like she said, she had them saved but moved and so on. She also stated that she did post another persons poem but put this was not by me on it and a lot of people have done that. She apologized and what not. I really think she should get her poems back at least. i don't know i feel bad for her. |

Just why can't people learn and read the rules. It's clear that you should post "YOUR OWN ORIGINAL WORKS" here on the site and not somebody else's works. Geez, all this bitching and they don't even read the rules! |
