No I would say that's breaking the target. I mean, you picked up the knife with the intention to harm yourself, you then ran it across your arm, maybe not drawing blood, but it still damaged your skin. I would say that unfortunately, you broke it. |

:-( i wasn't planning on cutting i was just tempted!!! and i was drunk at the time and i didn't reall know what i was doing but i wasn't THAT drunk!!! |

But the knife still made contact and damaged your skin. Ok, what you have to aim for now is making it at least 8 weeks. That will be the two month mark. Then think to yourself if I can make it this far, I can make another week and so on and so forth. |

you intentionaly meant to harm yourself, you tried to and you did leave some sort of marks, which is classified as self harm.. the one thing that surprised me though is how you cut at your friends... although i dont classify self harm as selfish or cowardly, because i used to do it, i would think it a little strange to self harm at your friends house....??? |
