hey all, i'm from N.O.and my family lost everything

i come here on a semi-regular basis. this is a very rough time for my family and i. we still have family and friends we haven't heard from back in the city. i was about to start my junior year of college, but now i have to get a job to try to help my parents out w/ my younger brother and sister. we're all very stressed out, and i just needed to vent a little. i'm asking for everyone who cares to, to please pray for us. my name is jontué jackson. thank you to those of you are giving to the relief funds. and for those of you who can't give materially, thank you for your prayers.

Im athiest..so Im not praying for you. But, Im deeply sorry. If I could help you, I would. but, so far all i've been able to do is donate loads of stuff. I hope EVERYTHING works out. I suggest moving to cali. then you get a hot govener. And, not hurricaines/Tsunamis or torandos.

thank y'all so so much for your prayers/ encouragement. my family was rescued! i'm so glad that they're all safe and sound. we're all feeling homesick, but we're just glad to be together right now. i'm getting ready to leave for college in atlanta, so i'm sad about that b/c i hate to leave my family. but my parents suggest that i go back to school. people have been very generous with us, including my aunt and uncle who i'm going to live with in atlanta. thank all of you who have donated things to the relief effort. i am definitely feeling those gifts.
