How do you know when to spill ur heart out?

How do you know to go and spill ur heart out and really tell them how you feel? i mean its as easy as you could think but if only it was that easy.. cuz sometimes friends turn more then that and you don't know when to take that risk wehn you took it so many time...

you just know!! well the person knew that i liked him when i met him but i told him how i really felt and it just happends. well. it happend online lol but yeah were still friends. we met at a church camp.
