I feel different emotions with every poem I write. It all depends on my mood when I start writing and the subject that I am writing about. The one thing I do know, is when I am finished writing, I feel a sense of relief it doesn’t matter how the poem turns out. I am sometimes happy with what I write and other times I think man this sucks, but I find pleasure in writing. Writing takes a lot off my mind, using imagination seems to be an escape. |

It depends on what I wanna write about. Usually when I'm upset about something, I tend to write stuff down which makes me feel better afterwards. I also write when I'm really happy and loved up too! :-) ღ |

Sometimes I feel focused and sometimes I feel free, as it is an escape for me. However, if I am drawing on things from my past, some of the darker things, I relive them and it is cleansing, a catharsis if you will. Depends on what I am writing and how I hope it is interpreted. All is not as it appears in some poems. |

Well, it's kind of hard to explain.... Usually I'm feeling some kind of strong emotion that I don't know how to let out in any other way except a poem. I guess that's why I love writing so much, it's the only way to let out those bottled up feelings :) |

^ I Agree. After I Finish Writing A Poem Though, I Always Feel This Weird.. Warmth, I Guess You Could Say Lol. Especially If I Started To Write A Poem Cuz I Was In A Crappy Mood And Then When I'm Finished Writing, It Makes Me Feel.. Proud, Knowing That I Turned Something Bad Into Something Beautiful That Came Right From Me. |
