she says nothing

ok theres a chick and i told her i liked her and she said she liked me (woohoo!). so naturally i asked her out and she said she wanted to get to know me better. i was fine with that, i mean i know more than enough about her to go to dating stage (we talked all summer about almost everything from wheather to family to death) but whenever we're together she says nothing which i expect since i should make the first move... but i know everything i need to know and hae no idea what to say to her. she doesn't want to get together alone for a while so we're probably going out with other people on friday.

so any advice on what i should say to get whatever she wants to talk about (who knows) would be terrific

i've tryed that and she somehow puts an end to the conversation. aftershe says sumthing it just get akward

She sounds like a quiet kind of person... remember; conversation isn't awkward unless you THINK it is. maybe she doesn't find it awkward. and if you're walking, just comment on your surroundings, or even look at her and say she's beautiful... that would make ANY girl melt.
If not, comment on school, on sport, or get some of those forward quizes and remember some random questions that you can ask. If not, you could just ask "what are you thinking?" to her.

You could always ask her if she thinks a jaffa cake is a cake or a biscuit...thats bound to lead to a conversation...and its a random, non awkward subject!

she most likely likes you but is living in denial..She may just feel insecure about herself and may not want to say something stupid round you to make feel aquard or something. Ask her whats up and if ya'll can talk or something.

Shes probably just shy, you can never know everything about a person so just keep trying to stimulate conversation. I'm sure once shes a lil more comfortable and relaxed around you, she'll come out of her shell a bit and start acting more like herself.

did you talk online? Its so much easier to talk online than it is in person, which is probably why she finds it so easy to talk to you that way, and seems shy in person.

I still think you should stick with the jaffa cake thing...
