It might be stupid- but i have a question..

What is happening lately, for example the 3 or 4 days when we couldn't get into this site- but more importantly- what's going on with the featured poems at the beginning of every section? In some circumstances, the ones voted an average of 4.7 for example are below ones voted 4.4, and several sections only have 1 or 2 at the beginning of the section? What's going on?
