Ever thought she could be uncomfortable with such affection? You're going through the same thing my boyfriend went through, he always tell me he loves me and my reaction are always silence. I love him, just not -in- love with him.

I'm going to have to agree.

When you are in love, there is never any doubts!! I mean...if she's not showing the same you're showing her, then there is something going on deeper. If all she told you was that she cared about you, then maybe you guys should break up.

It sucks to here. I know. But you are young. Maybe she just isn't "the one". No matter how much it feels so right, maybe...it's just wrong. I thought that I found the madn I was going to spend the rest of my life with when I was 17. We were very much in love, at least I THOUGHT we were. He broke up with me to go out with someone else though....and when they went on a date or two, and she didn't want anything to do with him, he tried to come back. But I told him no. It hurts. Trust me...I'm sure many of us have been through iit. But now...here I am...only 19, and I KNOW that I have the real deal now. This one is "the one".

It just takes time. Like my mom always told me...sometimes you have to fall in love 4 or 5 times before you fall in love forever.

Just my thoughts...sorry if I upset you. Just keep your head up. Some day, someone will come along, and you'll smile at them...and you'll fall in love forever...like I did.

Perhaps what you thought was love (as I have and as most of us has or will) was lust or infatuation because your doubt speaks louder than words really Born...think about it from the heart and contemplate whether this makes you happy and if can continue to you to make you happy...be true to yourself
