The greatest poem I never read

    Collection of Dust

The poem which lost its words,
leaving the lines blank and unheard.
Never to reach the poetic world,
    Creativity lost, evaporating thoughts,
conserving ink sitting idol and unused.

    A blank sheet of lines,
collecting dust as time ticks by,
    because a poet gave up,
this blank sheet of paper lost it's potential.

~for just writing this peice i like it.

I cannot say there are some "best" poems. But I can assure that Donne will satisfy any poetic soul verily, as will Lord Byron, and Shakespeare in the Englsih language. In Spanish, Bécquer, Neruda, Paz, García Lorca and some others will definitely fulfill your soul. Finally, read Gibran and probably Rabindranath Tagore. These are just amazing poets.
