lol... that's still a form of sadness... well for me it is. i bottle up all my anger until one day it pops making me mean and horrible or sad and start to cry. lol if you start to cry or get frusterated i can be your friend. |

i am now in the positoin of never being in control of my emotions i am tired all the time and have constant colds after ceretain things that have happend i started to self harm and i am still struggling with it i was exclued from my school for 6 days altogether through trying to take my own life and the one person that i blame the teaching assistant that stopped me and invoved other people my point well i dont really have one except ofr that you can always talk to me if you need oh and another thing if you are that streessed and angery then try taking up a martial art i did on the say so of hte one person that i value at skool and although mindless agreesion is frowend apon genereally it isn amazing what kicking and punching the crap out ofa puch bag does for your anger the first time i did it 7 years of pent up strees came out without even thinking about it so give it a go in a safe and fully trained enviroment the upside to jioning in with an activity such as this it is mainly male orentatied and so it is likliy theat there will be at least one peice of eye candy in your class even if it is your instructor so give it a go i will be happy to talk to any one if they want to xx |
