    Title: The Romantic's Passion

    Description: This is a club for romantic poets and those who love romantic poetry, for poets and poems that hearken back to 'The Romantic Age', "The Age of Romanticism". A celebration of poems on and of Beauty & Love!!!

    Requirements:

    ~ Poems must be Beautiful and in and of Romantic Language;

    ~ Poems must Flow Well, be Artful, and Aesthetically Pleasing;

    ~ Poems must be structured and written well;

    ~ Poems must have a distinct romantic flair;

    What this club is about is the love of beautiful and artful poetry. It’s a club for those who have a deep love and appreciation of poetry, more specifically romantic poetry a club for those who appreciate poetry of adoration and romance – with all its amorous feelings, flowery language, elevated emotion, exquisite eloquence, extolling adjectives and artful elegance. My objective was and is to create a place – a poetry club – where the Age of Romanticism lives on, a place for the rebirth of romantic poetry. I want this club to be a place where the romantic hearts live, where we can discuss and study the romantic form and become better romantic poets. I envision members posting there own romantic poetry or presenting classic romantic poems - that they find to be beautiful and really well constructed - from some of the established and less establish poets to be appreciated, exalted, and examined (studied). We could create challenges for one another – specific writing project to expand our creativity and writing ability – such as, sonnets, odes, acrostics, specific subjects, or other defined and eloquent poetry forms and styles. Poets, if they so chose could take on collaborative projects, as well. I am striving to create a place where we can appreciate, study, discuss, romantic poetry and poets and write/post romantic poems of our own.

    Hope to have you as a member,

    Robert Gardiner (aka) R.G.Love
