I MISS HIM BADLY HELP!!!!!

hey ppl i am having a rough time. I realli miss my friend. See i like my friend rob realli realli bad. and i am moving next year and so is he. I asked him out tons of times and he sed no all the times. Everytime we are around each other i just get all weird. I kno it sounds stupid but i dont kno wut to do. I realli like him i just dont kno how to get him to like me in that way. i am confused please help me.
