Erm I posted a topic like this a while back cause Ive been feeling feeling really, really depressed for a while now.I followed your advice and tried talking to someone but it hasnt helped. I do alot of exercise, and if Im feeling terrible I write down how Im feeling, but I still feel depressed alot. I know people will probably put this down to being a teenager or tell me to get a life but I dont want to be like this anymore, I just want to be happy. Can anyone surgest anything that will change how Im feeling? |
