Maybe you can make one yourself?

It would have a lot more meaning if you write a poem for someone, because you are the only one who knows your feelings and experiences with that person, and someone else's words wouldn't do justice to that.

I dunno, just a suggestion. But other than that, you can fish around the site, but I have no poems off the top of my head.
