If you put lavendar in your pillow it really helps out, I was having trouble sleeping but this made me sleep a little better, and have a hot drink before bed, also turn out your main light two hours before you want to go to sleep and have a smaller, less bright light on as your body needs to adjust itself before sleeping and having on a dimmer light lets your body know its nearly sleep time.. |

i was like that, i couldnt go to sleep for nothing...people say warm milk makes you tired, i couldnt bring myself to drink just plain warm milk...so every night i heat up a glass of milk and make hot chocolate its yummy and makes you tired. if that doesnt work...if im out of milk, i take excedrin pm. or if you are really desperate, find someone that has some seriquil lol dont know if anyone know what that is lol but...its for people that hear voices...if you need seriquil it makes you relax and calm down and of coarse, make the vooices go away...i dont need that...but if you take seriquil and you dont need it for that reason, it makes you fall asleep and you'll get the best sleep you ever had. :) |
