can't sleep

    this sounds retarded but if i cant sleep i either go to my parents room and for some reason being with people is just like calming to me or something or try watching tv or a movie

    Lay in bed and think of the things you want to dream about. Have a fantasy or two. You'll fall alseep before you know it.

    I do it all the time, maybe that's why I kept fantasying about the same thing every night.

    Or just knock yourself over the head with a hammer until you lose consciouness or bleed to death.

    It's 5:19 am where i'm at.

    I've been up since 3:17 am.

    I have school to go to at 7:45 am.

    Yes, i am having one of these dreadful nights to where i cannot sleep. It sucks ass. :(

    My doctor said I had trouble sleeping because I was drinking too much caffine, So I had to not drink anything caffinated for a whole week, till I learned it was enviromental insomnia, Which might be worse cause theres nothing I can do about it except drink more cappuchinos lol.

    If you put lavendar in your pillow it really helps out, I was having trouble sleeping but this made me sleep a little better, and have a hot drink before bed, also turn out your main light two hours before you want to go to sleep and have a smaller, less bright light on as your body needs to adjust itself before sleeping and having on a dimmer light lets your body know its nearly sleep time..

    Hey hun

    sometimes a warm bubble bath or mug of hot chocolate helps me cos its kinda soothing. Other than that u could read...get a reaaaly boring book and seriously your eyes will be sleepy in no time.

    i was like that, i couldnt go to sleep for nothing...people say warm milk makes you tired, i couldnt bring myself to drink just plain warm milk...so every night i heat up a glass of milk and make hot chocolate its yummy and makes you tired. if that doesnt work...if im out of milk, i take excedrin pm. or if you are really desperate, find someone that has some seriquil lol dont know if anyone know what that is lol but...its for people that hear voices...if you need seriquil it makes you relax and calm down and of coarse, make the vooices go away...i dont need that...but if you take seriquil and you dont need it for that reason, it makes you fall asleep and you'll get the best sleep you ever had. :)

    i hardly ever sleep.
    it sounds weird but i have gotten use to it. now when i get so tired i do sleep. i evenatully sleep. then i go weeks and months without sleep. when your body lacks something for so long it will find a way to get it. so you do sleep just no like normal people. (what ever normal is)

    i dunno, things that help...dont turn on your tv if you have one it distracts you. you could try reading till you cant keep your eyes open. or if you do "bad" things smoking makes me tierd.
