Hum, there are actually quite a few, but some of them are:

    The Speed of Sound-Coldplay
    Gone Away-Cold
    Seein' Red-Unwritten Law
    Don't Think of Me-Dido
    Nobody's Home-Avril Lavigne
    Wherever You Are-Celine Dion(from Titanic)

  • Rusted x Heart

Hmm I dunno heres a few:

Blink 182 - Adam's Song (Perfect song to make you rethink the situations in your life, it was a beautifully structured song too)

The Smiths - Asleep (It was a song a friend who killed himself sent out to his friends the night before he took his life, it makes me sad, but also allows me to get over my OWN sadness as well)

I know it doesnt really help me through anything, but this song is like my emotions musicalize din a way, and having a song reflect how you feel sorta helps you in a way, but it'd be:

    Lu - Una Confusion

    THE WHO's is better

Oh, and "When I'm Gone" is 3 Doors Down as well.

and it's spelled Rise Against, not a bad song, sounds like they're in an existential funk right now though. I hope they find themselves again.

um, sorry, I'm a music snob.

the last Foo Fighters album has been getting to me a lot lately.

    Spend all your time waiting
    for that second chance
for a break that would make it okay
    there's always some reason
    to feel not good enough
and it's hard at the end of the day
    I need some distraction
    oh beautiful release
    memory seeps from my veins
    let me be empty
    oh weightless and maybe
    I'll find some peace tonight

in the arms of the angel
    fly away from here
from this dark cold hotel room
and the endlessness that you fear
you are pulled from the wreckage
    of your silent reverie
you're in the arms of the angel
may you find some comfort here

so tired of the straight line
    and everywhere you turn
there's vultures and thieves at your back
    storm keeps on twisting
you keep on building the lie
that you make up for all that you lack
    it don't make no difference
    escape one last time
it's easier to believe in this sweet madness oh
this glorious sadness that brings me to my knees

in the arms of the angel
    fly away from here
from this dark cold hotel room
and the endlessness that you fear
you are pulled from the wreckage
    of your silent reverie
you're in the arms of the angel
may you find some comfort here

you're in the arms of the angel
may you find some comfort here
    some comfort here...
