Can someone please help me?

This site is very big and there is no way I have read all the really good poems. I need a poem for this guy. Just to give a little info, I have known him for a while, but when we met I was taken. Over the summer he admitted that he loved me, and I admitted I loved him. Then I moved. I told him I really love him and I would move back if he wanted me to, but I want to find a poem to express how I feel. Can someone help me please. Any suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated.
