hateful and seeking retaliation

Jion some spiritual zen-like thing. Go out and relax in a peaceful environment like the woods or mountains or near a waterfall or something. It'll get rid of your hate situation if you really want it to. I mean, revenge is only bitter-sweet. But hey, it's only my opinion right?

Good point.. I sometimes scare myself with the hate that i have for some people.. i dont know how to handle it most of the time.

Hate and revenge will only lead to more hate and revenge. Someday you will be mothers yourselves, your kids will get a big surprise if they find out, that their loving and understanding mothers, have that much hate in them. It will be like leading a double life.. If you shall see something like that in the news, how would you tell your kids that revenge and hate are wrong, your secret will burn you.
A better revenge would be to go out and do real good in life. Have wonderful kids, and have nothing that bad to hide from them.
Revenge is a boomerange, it will come back over and over.
