stop and please think

i hate it when people say they want to die, and they cut there arms and so on, but have you though about the people who want to live but there going to die.
about five years ago my little bro jamie *RIP* was born with leukemia and he died about three weeks after being born, and i was just thinking about the people who want to die, and the people who want to live, and then i thought ' did God get them mixed up ?'

so next time you say you want to die, just stop and think that when you say that there is about five people who want to live.

i think the people that cut and post it here really wnat help but are to sacred to say it and your right if they really wanted to die they would find a way

no im not saying that i wanted to die, i dont think suicide is a reason, and yeah im seeking help on how to quit have you ever checked that out, i have never once wanted to die, no wait i take that back, for a while i have, until lately, and you know what this just makes me see things a little differently, but it just kinda ticks me off that everyone thinks ppl cut cuz they want to die, im trying to find ways to quit cutting have you checked that out, didnt think so!

Okay, this topic is basically posted every day, and it's starting to become a nuisance. There should be a whole new forum for this. And if people want to see people say "you should stop cutting" then they go to that forum. Yet, no one wants to hear, so that would be pointless. I believe that you should let them. It's not your life and your not gonna be affected. Oh by the way, anyone who wants to just say "I want to die." The whole point of this forum is to get HELP. Not to complain about your problems. Just state your problem, and ask your question. If it's just a statement, there's no point in saying it because most of the people on P&Q don't even know you. And most people who don't know you don't really care. If someone wants to stop cutting. They will. So it comes natural if you want to stop cutting badly enough. Okay?

I've said I've wanted to die recentley beacuse I feel like there's just not much to live for anymore. I understand that the people who want to live die part but sometimes it's just not that easy. You might not of even had to deal with the $hit I've had to deal with and my only way to cope with it was to cut. I've been cutting for 2 years now and I wish I could've seen what it was going to do to me before I ever started because if I had known it was going to be like this, I woldnt have let things get so bad in the first place.
But I do see where you're coming from because on of my best friends, Eric *RIP*, died when we were only in 6th grade because he had C.P. And yes at times I have felt guilty for saying I wanted to die and then I think "Well I know Eric would've given anything to live"
But please, dont' make us feel bad just because we are cutters. We all have problems....and did you know that cutters aren't nesacarily suicidal? If I actually wanted to die ((which I have)) and would O.D. ((which I have but obviously didnt work)) instead of cutting.

People dont cut TO die, its just a relaese. But its those people who DO take life for granted, so you have a good point.

Yeah, I wanted to die today...if I had read this post any earlier I don't know what I would have done. people read and post here for support, not to bitch. I do agree that we shouldn't take life for granted, and I agree that life is worth living, but some people have problems that can prevent them from seeing what life has to offer. You shouldn't judge people who you obviously don't understand.
