I do lots of different self harm but I sort of transitioned everything recently from bad to somthing worse. Like head whacking to wrist banging. From Scissor scratching to blade cutting. From beating myself up with my fists to throwing myself against a wall. Is it normal that I'm using more painful methods because my life is getting worse?

No, you need to stop, I used to do alot of things, but it never helped, it did for a while, but just made everthing worse for me. Your life doesn't get worse, it gets better. Fight off the pain and urges to cut, hit, and hurt your self, just as I did, if I can fight it, so can you! ^0^

I cant. I cant cope without it. I tried to quit once. Two days I lasted.

You move on to bigger things because the pain you get from what you do use isn' enough and you need to have a bigger release. But yeah you need to try to stop. Like give yourself targets, you've gone two days without it, now set yourself 3 days. Then 4. Then a week and so on.

If I can stop, so can you! Do wat I did, ask a friend or family member, who ever knows that you hurt yourself, to hide all of the knifes, and objects that can be harmful to you. or if no one knows, then lock them up somewhere. A friend did it for me, so I'm sure you can think of something!

You can always do something else to distract you. That's what I always do. You could do some art, maybe listen to music, a sport.. even talking to friends. It helps soothe the pain if they're there for you. You know you can endure, even if it seems like too much...
