Anger Management.

    I have so much pent up anger lately and am having troubles releasing it in a way that doesn't involve hurting someone, any ideas for anger management? Would help greatly.

    Apart from the whoole anger managment therapy classes...

    how abooot:

    {X}Taking up Martial arts or kick boxing... getting rid of pent up anger safetly
    {X}Listen to REALLY loud moosic and just go mad!
    {X}Write a poem or a song or anything to get your feelings out on paper
    {X}If your angry at a certain person or situation get a group of mates together and have a huawge b*tching sesh. Me and my mates do this alll the time and its suprising how much it can help erm
    {X}erm... do some sort of exercise like running or swimming or wateva your interested in... get all your anger and emotions out...

    *shrugs* Just a few ideas that have worked for meee!

    As silly as I thought this was I think cut-up might just be on to something...lol Good ideas...especially the one about getting all your friends together and having a bitch fest. HAHA I often do that with friends, family, or just by myself. Though it's not for anger persay it does help.

    I have anger managment issues sometimes.

    I grab my pillow and scream real loud. Works for me.

    I agree 100% with cut-up angel... those ideas are great!! good luck with it, hun. I'm sure that those things will help.

    my brother has anger therapy, but in all honesty i think its usless.....it proabally works for some people, but its not on him.

    i agree with the suggestions from cut-up angel.
