how should i break up with my girlfriend? i've gone ovr it a thousand times in my head but i can never figure out what to say or when or anything. i've broken up with girls before but i was kinda a jerk back then and i didnt care about hurting them but i dont want to hurt her. so please help.

Do you love her anymore? Is that your excuse? maybe you should talk to her before you try anything. Some people change, and so do feelings, so it depends. sometimes there isn't really a situation, you just want to be free. follow your heart!
