Just a quick question

I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else... and does anyone know what to do about it.
Today during class I started to read double on the page and I got dizy and I got a headache and I kind of felt like passing out, but I didn't...I just got new glasses so that couldn't be it. I also got like this another couple times after that...and every time I get like that it takes like 5-10 minutes to go away. I tried puting my cold hands on my head and that did help a little but it didn't make it go away. I've never felt like this before and it just scared me.
Does anyone know what to do because I don't want to have to tell my parents because they would make this into a bigger deal than I think it needs to be made into.
Sorry if it seems like I am rambling but I just had to get that out.

Yes, I once had the exact same symptoms that you are describing, except the frequency it happened and the length it lasted were greater. X-rays showed that I had a pinched nerve in the back of my neck. I received physical therapy and ultrasound treatments over a course of 3-4 months until it went away.

You should tell your parents because you need to see a doctor, preferably a neurologist. Dizzy spells and the possibility of blackouts can be dangerous and harmful.

I know I need to tell them. I think I will wait for a day or so and see if they continue though...and I'll go from there...

umm those kind fo symptoms could be related to soo many things...
it sounds like low blood pressure to me, which is veyr frequent and not dangerous at all.
Drink more water is basically what you have to do..
could just be a normal head ache too..

Might be having Migraines... my dad has those all of the time, and he has to take medication for them. So you should go to a doctor

I took some of my mother's migrane medicine. It did work for the most part, but when I went to bed and shut my eyes I kinda felt like the problem was comming back, but not that much, and today in school it felt like it was going to come back a little bit but it wasn't very bad and it only lasted for a minute or so.

It's a migrain, nothing to realy worry about, I've had so many of those, I can't count. They are caused by stress, have you been stressed lately? Do what Ifin said, take some headache medicine, and go and lie down. Put a cold, wet rag on your head, and just rest.

P.S: DON'T WATCH TELEVISION WHILE HAVING ONE OF YOUR MIGRAINES! TRUST ME, FROM EXPERIENCE... IT TRUELY DOESN'T HELP!

omg, I hate when people start with the food thing...no offense but damn, I just hate that. but anyways. yeah i have what you're talking about. are you depressed? like severly depressed? cuz it could be a chemical imbalance in your brain making you feel those things. i have major dizzy spells too cuz of it and yea, I know what you're talking about. I even wrote a poem about it. you can check it out if you want. its called depression/anxiety. and I always feel like passing out too, but I never do. and sometimes it feels like you might be dying right? it actually scares me, but i got used to it. anyways, yea. you might wanna check out that poem
