I usually end it with the same or similar phrase as the beginnning. Example: Cutter Not Me

    It starts, and ends with
"My Name is Oma, I am but nine."

    I tend to end with a thought-provoker or a peace-of-mind ending.

Try looking at a poem in a similar fashion as an essay paper. You have your opening, the body, and then the conclusion. The opening tells your feeling, the body gives the argument why you feel that way, and then the conclusion wraps up, tying the opening and body together.

I kind of like to use the title in the last sentence of my poems. It kind of gives the reader a feeling of completion and shows how everything ties together.

I don't always do it that way, but I'd say 75% of the time I try.

I start with a thought and end when the thoughts run out. Then, I repeat the process with my next poem. Good luck!

It's really hard to state one uniform way to end the poem but sometimes I do end with like the title. I especially find this works well when the whole poem is about it but you never once come out and directly state it until the end. My poem Hope is written like that. Besides that though I can't state any specific way except I just end it with something that I feel either really wraps up the poem, really makes a statement, or really leaves the reader thinking about it. If that really makes any sense to you at all... :P

Everybody ends there poems differently I find that if I mind map the ideas for my poem before I write them then the words come naturally because I already have the idea, that way the ending just comes to me. If everyone ended there poems the same they would become very boring.

For me i believe the ending of a poem makes the poem.. you cannot rush an ending take ur time u will get it
