broken heart, torn apart, thrown upon the ground....

i'm looking for a poem, which is actually quite old but i can't find it anywhere, it goes like this,

broken heart
torn apart
thrown upon the ground
silent scream
violent scene
the lies and truth are found
dying girl
thoughts a whirl
slumped in her own blood
masked figure
pulling trigger
on a life misunderstood

i know what the poems like, but i dont know the name of it or the author, help!
