what should i do?

A guy that i knew died the other night..(he was hit by a car) his funeral is this thursday. i havent seen him for so long and i never really met his parents or anything, but he was a great kid...we were pretty close. i don't know if i should go to his funeral or not. Don't get me wrong i really want to, but i don't know if i should cause i never met his parents, and i don't know what they would think

i just wish it never happened, people ran out onto the road to stop the traffic, but there were people screaming out their windows saying "who gives a shit move!" thats sick....how can people be so rude

oh hun im so sorry for ur loss...
definately go...it's your only chance to say goodbye,,you'll always wonder why if you don't.
And i'm sure his parents wouldnt mind and wouldnt be paying that much attention to the crowds anyway.

I would suggest that you attend the funeral

Cemeteries are for the dead but funerals are for the living. They allow the friends and family of the departed one final opportunity to collectively show their love, care and friendship for the person who died. And even though that person is now gone, his family and friends will find some measure of comfort and consolation in seeing the precence of others who cared enough to attend.

i think you should go because if he means something to you you should see him for the last time and pay your respect to his family for the lost!
