Chain Poem

Strangers pass by
and stares in my eyes
whispers in my ear
how darkness is near
it frightens me so
about how they should know

The dragon maidens weep
in tears they fall asleep
enlightened by their dreams
under mysterious moonbeams
Saved by gentle knights
to hold them close and tight
