I have an elastic band on my wrist. I pull and snap it whenever I want to cut. I snapped it in school and my friend asked if it hurts when it hits me. Sooooo... I put it on her wrist and pulled it as hard as I can. It was funny as hell. We were both laughing our heads off for ages because she couldnt see why I did it. She doesnt know about my cutting. I was talking to my other friend rachel and I said to her "You have no pupils because your eyes are sooooo dark". And she said "uh huh I do have pupils" and i said "nu uh" and it went on and on and then i said "do you do drugs?" and she was so not concentrating that she said uh huh. We were hysterical. |

Well done, I really admire you. Don't you find that you get bruise lines from the elastic band though? I did and they took weeks to fade away. Well, anyways Good luck and keep up the good work. |

Yeah, I tried the rubber band thing, but it didn't work for me. I guess it works for some and not others. Great job on quitting, or at least taking the steps to do so! Great job hun . . . I am proud of you so so so so proud. This is a hard habbit to quit |

Thanks for all the support off you lot. I kinda fell of the wagon over christmas, I mean, with my family it is impossible to not fall off the wagon when you are with them 24/7 for two weeks. I'm back on track now and I havent cut for a week. Its kinda like someone trying to stop smoking or drinking, because even cutting is addictive. |
