What does this mean?

So this guy comes up to me and tells me he likes me and i told him that i like him back... and normally you would go out... but he says i dont know if i want a girlfriend right now and i dont know when i will.. and even when i do want one i dont know it it will be you.. what does that mean... should i wait.. i really like him or should i just move on...

Well, there's not even much there to move on from with this guy. You wouldn't seriously place any hopes in someone with intentions this vague, would you?
