Well, do what my brother did, rehab. It helped him alot, and think about your family, what would happen if one of them did it, how does it make you feel? My brother got high, my older one, he's moved out now, in college, but yeah, he tried to hurt me once, but he didn't even remember it the next day..... so, just think about the people around you, that made him stop, right on the spot when I told him that.

If your hanging with people who are drinking and smoking weed then you need to get rid of them because they'll just keep dragging you down with them and you'll never be able to quit.

I have a similar but less severe problem.
    Addiction to sugar.
You have to stop, completely. What helped me a lot was that at the same time I became vegetarian, and I learnt that sugar contains crystalized animal bones, so I dumped it.

You have to leave it, but leave it completely. Not even an occasional glass of wine or champagne, nothing.
Before I tried twice to quit, but really I just cut down on the junk, then slowly the amount that I ate went up.
It's painful, and the withdrawal symptoms can last up to a week, but once you see the improvement you don't want to stop.

For me just seeing my pimples and coloring get so much better was such a joy, it made me so scared that I wouldn't have to go very far and I'd lose it again.

If you have a reason that you're willing to stick to, all you have to do is try.

And never be afraid to ask for help.

The most successful addiction recovery program of all time is Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). There are chapters everywhere for people of all ages and all situations. It is, of course, anonymous so you don't have to reveal your identity there. And it is FREE. You can do a google search to find a chapter in your area.
