how can i make him love me like he used to?

me and my boyfriend have been together just over a year and things have always been great (except one rough patch) but lately i've realised he doesn't seem to love me like he used to. he used to want to spend every minute of the day with me and was always so excited whenever he saw me but now he never makes any effort to see me and i always have to ask him and when we're together he doesn't seem as happy to be with me as he used to be. we basically just have sex now.
what can I do to make it like it used to be. even if i talk to him (which i will do) it wont make him want me more

we already are doin that because of our rough patch, and that was my idea last time. weve gone to new places done new things met new people tried so many new different sex things. it helped for a while but its stopped working plus he has no money to go many places anyway.

he still tells me he loves me but it doesnt sound the same. theres no enthusiasm in his voice
