That was cruel.
I know it's a story, and that it's supposed to be funny, but really, the letters that kids send to "Santa" are a bunch of their dreams, ones that don't come true anyway, but to receive a note back squashing their small, innocent hopes, such as wanting a sibling, or a united family, is cruelty.

But then again, perhaps moderators can say what they want.

Elizabeth...there is NO WAY Bob would ever hurt a child or squash their hopes & dreams. From what I have seen, he is helping make some of their dreams come true.
