how do you pick Top listed people

Now that you don't really follow the rating way, how do you pick who to be on the Top list. I've got some nice poems and a bunch of ratings on them. But it didn't make it.

make sure you pay in cash, no checks, credit cards or any other silly way of paying that may be traceable. in fact i suggest you deliever it by hand as well. JJ does an excelent job at making things happen, you just have to make sure you do good on your part.

actually i don't see why it would matter so much for making your poems the top rated. write to just write, not to be top dog on a poetry site.

but if your still intrested you can get JJ's email address from her profile and she'll tell you the rest of the information you need to know. remember to do this quietly. and it's 2.00, you can give more but no less.
