if you guys know how to quit cutting advice i could use some

unprotected lover, if u wanna stop cutting, noone here can help you, we can only give u advice and hope u take it. U need to see a proffesional if u really are serious about quitting. Well done though, addmitting to the problem is half way there :)

I agree with Georgi.But I would try and get yourself invovled with a club/sport/anything else so you dont cut. I think I posted something onhere what I do to try and help me stop cuttting, Im in a photography club at school, and if I ever think about cutting I write a poem on the real reason that bugging me, or I excerise(I jog and do yoga) and I also come on here and just try nd take in other people thoughts about cutting. Hope you are ok!

joining a club doesn't always help I play soccer, Basketball , and tennis, I'm on National jr. Honors society and am part of the art club and I still cut
