Is there something wrong with me?

Why is it that whenever I try to ask a question people just say I shouldn't be complaining they have it much worse but the thing is that is not the point and when someone says that it gets me more upset because I feel even worse that I said anything and I hate myself even more for being "weak"

There isn't anything wrong with you. People say they have worser problems, they probably do but other people have worser problems then them.

Its how you can deal with them, it doesn't make you weak, it just means you haven't figured out a coping strategy yet.

You have every right to ask for help like everyone else, don't pay attention to those who think that the world revolves around them. Your problem might not be big to them but it is to you and they shouldn't be making you feel like you dont deserve help.

I used to feel like that, because I notice things differently to most people. Something that helps is to think maybe their problems are worse, but are they as sensitive as you? If they're not then in a way that makes your problem just as bad emotionally.

Don't hate yourself for being weak, its the people who consider themselves strong who make themselves unhappy.
