Okay, ever since I've been depressed, I've had this problem of screaming, alot. Like once I dropped my pencil and I screamed! Then, I fell in the hall and sceamed so loudly I got in trouble, (ps I wasn't hurt) All the time people at school or ho,e jump out at me or scare me so i scream because they know how easily I scream!! Yeah, anyone got any tips?? |

I dunno, thats never happened to me, quite the opposite I can't let out emotion verbally, but when I feel like if I speak I'll say something I don't want to I try chewing gum, or even biting my tounge, (not really hard though cause it bleeds and its nasty), something to do to remind you not to let it slip out. I don't know if that will help. |

Well I suppose that is not the worst problem to have certainly, and maybe it is just a health way of getting out emotions. Ummm if it really worries you talk to a pro, but it doesn't sound like too big of a problem and maybe it will just fade with time. Sorry, that's all I got/ Love ya baby! |
