    1st off, you are not bothering me. now, um, why don't you talk to your mom about how scared you are about going. she might be able to help you. instead of cutting just do something else. exercise, read, write, get on the computer. something. it has helped me. i'm a cutter, and somebody gave me that advice, and it really helps. exercising is supposed to make you happy. i don't know, in gym it seems like they are trying to torture us. lol, just trying to lighten things up. about your math teacher, if she does that (not explain things a second time) she's not really a good teacher, is she. you could try tutoring, maybe? well, stay strong, and if your dad tries to rape you, kick him where it counts, then get away. if that happens you need to go to the police or something. well, my thoghts are with you. i hope i helped you, if i didn't, i'm sorry.

    its okay take a couple breaths first off this isnt gonna probably help you cuz im in the same situation, and i dont know waht to do with my night terrors, but i keep a record of them and write down waht happened, although they never change, maybe its a time thing, and wake yourself up before they come, i dont know some people have a time thing, and then you really need to tell your mom waht happened. please tell your mom
