Love Poems

personally, when I write a love poem, I start by writing down the feelings that have inspired me to write. Alot of my love poems have come from specific incidents in my life.

Theyr right, when i used to write poems about my ex like for instance, once i wrote about all of my favorite memories we had, I just wrote them all down and then took those memories and found ways for them to rhyme Example

Listening to your heart beat felt so right
feeling the fabric of your shirt against my skin
legs tangled tight

lol that sucked but i made it up off the top of my head just to help you lol. Hope this helps any

hmmm... Well when you are brain storming on an idea... i think it should at least be realalistic and make sence, because i read one poem and i just didn't get it??? but anyways..people do your best and take your time!!! make your goal to be the best poet out there!

write on love stories that have happened to you personally or to someone close to you. it may be easier if you have lived in yourself......

for me i think of the sad and memorable moments then i write down titles.then i think of some situations then interconnect them or build them all in one. yah it's somewhat hard but it's ok it's a challenge for me and brings out the best deepest part of me as a poet.

i just have those moments where i dwell on the past and think about something with that person. it comes to me like a flowing river. the memories and feelings mean a lot to me that it makes it easy to write about. dont wrry about rhyming tho, unless u want to.

base it on personal experiences

i think the best way to write a love poem is that the only way it will sound real is if your feeling it and its coming from the heart ... dont think poetry is all bout rhyming and free write and other things is mostly bout wut you feel and if your goin to write a love poem how are you ogin to know what to write if your not feeling it.. so before you start to write think of what your feeling

when i write love poems i just start from whats goin on at the time and as i go on things just come into my head and sorta wind into whateva im wrighting...and if i dont have any ideas i read a magazine n stuff like that n get ideas from them xx

Well. All my poems my write are love based. When im either in love or totally broken hearted i poar my heart and soul onto the paper.I just write whatever im thinking and feeling,Then i just put the words into a way that they make since and turn it into a poem. Its quite easy, for me at least. Ive only written about 4-5 poems though. Please check them out and tell me what you think.i want to know if i should keep writing them or not.

I never was a very good writer and those seem to me to be the hardest. I think the only way I could write a love poem would be if I was in the moment.

I just write whatever I feel like at the moment . Like 99% of my poems are love xD I used to base them on experiences that I`ve had, and some I added some things in . But most of the ones I`ve the past five months are all random thoughts and stuff(:
So think to like yur fantasies or something . The "perfect" love and all that . Or write a poem based on your friends' experiences and how you would feel in their shoes ?

Maybe you could write about your own love experiences?

the best love poem is when it definds exactly how you feel, it has to come from the heart.

Whenever I write love poems it's because I am feeling inspired by something that has happened recently or just plain old memories coming back to me.

Let your heart and feelings flow to your paper. Don't write for anyone other than yourself or the one you love. If you are satisfied with it, it is good.

Just think about the person you love most... And then write whatever comes to your mind....

love can make anyone a poet, but sometimes it's hard to write it
