People Are Leaving This Site

This site is lacking respect at the moment, from ppl who beg and beg for comments and votes and don`t return the favor. It didn`t used to be this way, there will be a time when this site calms down and gets back to the basics of what this site is meant for...Poeple respecting each other for what they write..and making some friends.

Yes, I agree, there seems to be a lack of respect.
Some people are good about checking at least a few of your poems if you comment on theirs...

Will be nice when it calms down a bit and we weed out the disrespectfulness

i agree 2 but i dont want this site 2 go cus i luv all the ppl on here and its the only place where i am able 2 say how i feel and its a place where i can be myself and not get treated like crap. all my life i wanted friends and on here i have made them. well g2g luv heather

I have had a few poems stolen, only maybe 2 which drives me insane never the less...

But what I absolutly hate on this site is the respect some people have... one of my poems a while back, (like 3 days) aparently was bad and some one voted a 2.0 on it... which wouldn't have bugged me much IF THEY HAD LEFT A COMMENT ON WHY THEY DID IT

I like to review poetry, with school work I cant see alot of it, but there are very good poets on this site. every poem that I vote on I leave a comment telling why I voted the way I did, anyone else do the same?

wow all of what you guys are saying are very true.

if someone is proud of their work..then what does it matter if they get a low rating or poor comments?

besdies some ppl just degrade others work because they want their own to succeed more.

I think one too many cooks are spoiling the broth in certain moderation departments but hey they are all doing the best they can, I do not doubt at all. Please dont crucify me for that comment kind elves

If you want to leave leave I guess - but thats not really going to solve anything you could stick around continue to participate and work in conjunction with other members and the elvish moderators to make this a better site? Just a suggestion leaving seems so easy....

Just joined the site, so can only watch what happens. I'll be making lots of comments, I guess; cos, hey, that's what it's all about.
