Advice ASAP

hi people, i need all your advice on something. my ex g/f (who i still love truely and deeply) is leaving the country in a few days and she doesnt know how i feel, i wasnt sure if i should tell her how i feel (by a poem i wrote called "now you're gone") or if i should just let her leave without her knowing how i feel, i need replies asap please, thanx a lot.
