    Hey guys dnt critacise on me posting dis topic but to neone hu noes how to loss weight quikly weither its thru starvation or wateva, i used to starve maself and den i got put on drugs to make me feel happy id like to not be so fat tho, and i dnt care if neone says dats stupid ull die well i got news 4 u ur going to die to, plz give me sum advice i really need it aye plz

    hmmz.. idk the answer to this..i know that if i stop eating for couple days drink alot of liquids it helps you pee alot and peeing alot makes u loose weight i head lol..and well idk n e thing else but to stop eating for couple days something ineed to do soon cuz i am gaining alot of weight..well if you find out of n e other way let me know

    Well, I'd say diet pills will take the weight off quickly, but, and there is a big BUT! - I would stay away from them. Diet pills are all basically just speed (amphetamines) that excellerate your heart rate. And it is so easy to over dose on them. Plus, if the threat of death (or severe mental illness, think 'Requiem for a Dream') isn't enough to deter you, the cost will. These pills are usually not FDA approved and so they cost more than pure cocaine.

    But on a more realistic and healthy note, there is no quick way to lose weight. Not eating is not the answer. Not eating will actually make you gain weight. Stop worrying, you just have to exercise and eat right. Exercise though is a misnomer, as long as you stay active, you should be okay. I would suggest just learning to eat right. Limit bread, pork and salt. No condiments. Common sense stuff. Oh, rule out SODA first. Trust me, it will cut back on your inches.

    um im active wif mi work and i dnt have to much time to get out and run or bike aye i dnt over eat and im still fat, i drink diet coke but nothing wif lots of sugar aye

    Ok, It's not a proven thing yet, but I've seen so many different things and tried them all seperately to try and lose some weight... and basically, I'm doing so good, and I'm quite proud. And it's really easy to, all I really do is:

    1. go for about an hour walk ATLEAST 3 times a week.

    2. after that walk, have a really warm bath, which cleans out your sweat fromthe walk (and the heat also brings out toxins and stuff that lay inthe fat cells of your body,so...yanno, it works together)

    3. EAT right. I know that's hard, but it's the best thing you can do. It's shown that organic products are way better for you with less chemicals - thus your metabolism isn't weakened by the chemicals produced in other foods.

    4. Drink Alot Of Water.

    5. Think happy thoughts :) I know this sounds retarded, but if you pick out the things about yourself that you like, or the things you have improved and stay happy - you'll notice it's sooo much easier keeping up with routine of any diet you may choose.

    That's about it. You need a bit of willpower- but you always need that right?

    ..and just a note to all of you, starvation doesn't work. It might make you skinny for a little bit and everything. But it just means that next time you eat something, your metabolism won't store properly nor wil your metabolism work AT All!!! So starving yourself is really only gonna screw you over in the end...

    just working out (running, biking, swimming ect.) and eating healthy foods (so no pizza, icecream, fried chicken, chips, fries ect.)
    should do the trick...
    And please write normal english...

    yeah, just try to cut back on food. or break it down to 5 tiny meals a day and excersie A LOT.

    and wherever you excersice at you could have pictures on the wall of those girls in the magazines for motivation...to make you push yourself harder

    i heard it helps to eat about the same amount of food every meal and eat at the same time everyday, not sure if it works, but its good for you anyways even if it doesn't.

    You could like everymorning do crunches
    or sit ups just like in the morning have a little excersice routine
    And eat right and drink lot of water

    You shouldnt starve yourself
    It makes you fatter because if you stop eating the next time you eat your body is gonna prepare for the next time you make it suffer so it'll store all the food you eat and turn it into fat .. Well so i've heard lol.

    Yeah hunny the starvation doesn't do much and it doesn't help in the end. I tried it and it made me sick, not fun and it weakens your body which doesn't help keep you health. Take time to excerise and eat healthy stuff in small amounts. Also do not eat after 9:00pm, because that food just goes right to fat. Make sure to eat a little breakfeast because if you don't your body stores more fat. Try eating you bigger meal of the day in the afternoon instead of at night. If you really are that worried talk to your doctor and you guys can work out a plan for you. Having some fat is health, but I admire you trying to get rid of it, I am too! ^ ^ Good luck hunny.

    there is no good way to lose weight quick.. just excerside and eat right, and it will happen after time at its natural pace... but whatever you do, do not fast.... fasting may help you lose pounds quick but it comes back and with a vengance

    set a schedule to exercise for yourself and keep at it persistantly. Also eating right helps the process along as well.
